He has worked as an arts manager and administrator in London and Manchester for nearly 20 years. His work has mainly focused on theatre projects but has included festivals, live art and music.

Roger was Executive Producer for Graeae Theatre Company from 2001-5.
He has been working freelance on a range of projects since then
and with Stan Won't Dance since January 2007.
